This 4-week programme kick-starts your journey to holistic health and balance.
It includes:
• Mentoring on how lifestyle impacts hormonal health, menstrual cycle and fertility
• A personalised holistic review covering:
– Hormonal and/or menstrual symptoms
– Lifestyle factors including nutrition, environment, activity, relationships and stress• A tailored reset plan focused on key priorities, including:
– Blood sugar balance
– Simple goal-setting to build motivation and overcome barriers• 4 weekly coaching sessions for accountability

The Nurtured Cycle Method, is a six-month, evidence-led approach that supports hormone balance, cycle regulation and fertility, through nutrition & lifestyle and support.
You’re guided through this process using The Nurtured Cycle Journal - a weekly tracker of key health and menstrual cycle markers, alongside personalised bi-monthly virtual 1:1 coaching sessions sessions, and monthly reflection & recalibration.
