These Terms apply to all services provided by Karrie Casey Women’s Health & Fertility Coach.

By booking or purchasing services, you agree to the following:

1. Coaching relationship

Health coaching is:

  • Educational

  • Supportive

  • Non-medical

It does not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions and does not replace professional medical care.

2. Fertility disclaimer

The information, coaching and support provided by Karrie Casey Women’s Health & Fertility Coach is educational in nature and intended to support overall wellbeing.

While coaching may explore areas such as nutrition, lifestyle, stress management, sleep, movement and mindset, it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or fertility guarantees.

Coaching is not a substitute for care provided by a GP, consultant, fertility clinic or other qualified healthcare professional.

Clients should continue to seek appropriate medical advice and investigations when trying to conceive or managing reproductive health conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis or hormonal imbalance.

Individual responses vary, and fertility outcomes cannot be predicted or guaranteed.

The client remains fully responsible for their health decisions at all times.

3. Client responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • You remain responsible for your health decisions

  • Outcomes vary between individuals

  • No specific fertility or health results are guaranteed

4. Payments

  • All prices are in GBP

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe

  • Payment must be completed before services begin

5. Cancellations & rescheduling

  • 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule sessions

  • Missed sessions may be forfeited

  • Programme fees are non-refundable once commenced unless stated otherwise

6. Digital resources

All materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared or redistributed.

7. Confidentiality

All coaching discussions are confidential except where disclosure is required by law or safeguarding concerns apply.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from coaching services.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
