Hi, I’m Karrie,

It’s lovely to meet you!

If you’ve been struggling with hormonal symptoms, irregular cycles or navigating fertility challenges, I’m so glad you’re here.

For many years, I was in your shoes, doing my best to stay balanced while riding the monthly hormonal rollercoaster, enduring PCOS and endometriosis and later facing the emotional and physical challenges of trying to start a family with very little support.

I’m now on the other side of that journey, with two wonderful boys and a much healthier, more balanced relationship with my body. So now, it’s my mission to be the support I once needed.

I’ve undertaken extensive training in nutrition, lifestyle and environmental factors that influence hormonal health, alongside evidence-based behaviour change, because real, lasting change, comes from understanding the individual ways your body and your life impacts your health and designing customised plans to support your journey.

I’m accredited with the UK & International Health Coaches Association, the Personalised Care Institute and Association of Coaching and I’ve supported many women to restore balance, prepare their bodies for pregnancy, and feel more confident and connected along the way.
