Health coaching is a supportive, partnership where you are the one in the driving seat. I’ll guide you to understand where you’ve been going wrong and together we develop a complete reset plan including nutrition, sleep, activity, environment and social connections, to enable you to make realistic changes, without being overwhelmed.
It cuts through the noise of advice, safe in the knowledge this is the right way forward for YOU, and I support you all the way until you reach your goals and beyond!

Health coaching looks at the whole picture, not just food or exercise.
We explore things like stress, sleep, routines, habits, mindset, motivation, social connections, environment and emotional wellbeing alongside nutrition and movement.
It’s less about being told what to do, as realistically there is no shortage of dietary and lifestyle information available these days! and more about understanding why your body is responding the way it is , and using techniques to identify how, when and whocan support you to reach your goals.

I’m not a doctor, but I am fully qualified and accredited Health Coach, having studied a L5 diploma with Health Coaches Academy, as well as having a BSc in Biological and Environmental sciences (UKIHCA, PCI and AC accredited).
So I don’t diagnose medical conditions or replace medical care, but I work alongside it, and receive regular referrals from both traditional and complimentary practitioners.
-
No, and it’s not meant to.
Health coaching works alongside medical care, not instead of it. Many clients continue working with their GP, consultant or fertility clinic while using coaching to support their wellbeing in between appointments.
-
I work mainly with women in their 20s to 340s who are experiencing:
Hormonal imbalance
PCOS or endometriosis
Irregular or painful cycles
Unexplained fertility struggles
Low energy, inflammation or blood sugar issues
A sense that “something’s off” — even when tests look normal
Many have been told everything is “fine”, yet don’t feel fine at all.
-
Yes — many of my clients live with PCOS or endometriosis.
Coaching doesn’t treat or cure these conditions, but it can help support the underlying factors often linked to symptoms, such as blood sugar imbalance, inflammation, stress load, sleep disruption and lifestyle strain.
My support is always individual, based on your symptoms.
-
Yes. I support women who are:
Trying to conceive naturally
Preparing for pregnancy
Experiencing unexplained infertility
Supporting fertility alongside medical treatment
The focus is on helping your body to prepare for pregnancy by feeling safe, nourished and supported without pressure or blame.
-
Yes, and research continues to show this more clearly each year.
Things like blood sugar balance, chronic stress, sleep quality, inflammation, gut health and environmental exposure can all influence hormonal signalling.
Coaching helps you focus on what’s within your control, so your body is no longer striving to maintain balance and instead it can focus on optimising your cycle and ultimate fertility
-
Sessions are relaxed, supportive and completely judgement-free.
We talk through what’s been happening, what feels challenging, and what support would be most helpful right now. Together we create small, realistic actions that fit your lifestyle, not someone else’s
There’s no pressure to be perfect. Progress happens through committing to a wellness vison, and with my support and accountability you get there!
-
I offer:
1:1 personalised coaching
Small group programmes
Short “reset” programmes
Hormonal and fertility-focused support
I also hope to offer retreats in the future, so watch this space!

Nurtured Cycles is 6 month programme designed to support the changes required for hormonal balance and cycle health.
The reason it is 6 months is that it tracks key markers of menstrual health, which need to be observed over several cycles. It is also aligned to the principles of behaviour change, which research shows takes on average 154 days.
-
No.
There are no extreme diets or calorie counting..
We focus on adding in nourishment, and not restricting, by supporting stable energy and blood sugar in a way that fits your preferences, culture and real life.
-
I don’t prescribe supplements.
However, we can discuss current evidence and questions you may wish to explore with your GP or practitioner, so you feel informed and empowered.
-
Everyone is different.
Some clients notice improvements in energy, digestion or mood within weeks, while deeper hormonal shifts take longer. Coaching focuses on steady, sustainable progress rather than quick fixes.
Our brains like conformity, so breaking free of habits that no longer serve you can be a challenge. On average behaviour change research shows whilst new habits can become consistent after a few weeks, for them to be an unconscious way of life takes around 6 months, and during that time I will be supporting you, and keeping your motivated
-
Many of my clients say exactly that.
Often it’s not that you haven’t tried hard enough, it’s that you were never given personalised, joined-up support.
In addition the recommended paths to weight loss in the past are also now known to have been flawed.
Your body isn’t a chemistry lab, we all have our own physiology and psychology, what works for one person may not work for another. Its doesn’t come down to will power. If your body isn’t nourished it will continue to crave what it needs.
-
Yes — all sessions are offered online, so you can join from anywhere in the UK or beyond!

You can begin with a free discovery call to explore whether coaching feels right for you.
There’s no pressure, just a chance to talk things through and ask questions
